• To arrange your free quote. We use your details to match your enquiry with the relevant vetted local specialist and pass your details to them so they can contact you. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
• To run and improve our service. We may keep a record of enquiries to manage our relationship with our specialist partners and to understand which of our adverts work. This is in our legitimate interests as a business.

Who we share it with

• The vetted local specialist relevant to your enquiry — so they can contact you to arrange and quote the work. This is the whole point of your enquiry, and we only share it with the one relevant company. We never sell your details, and we never share them with lists of companies.
• Service providers who run our website — our website host and form provider (Netlify) process form submissions on our behalf.
• Meta (Facebook) — only if you accept our measurement cookie (see below), so we can see which of our adverts lead to enquiries.

Cookies and advertising measurement

If you click "Accept" on our cookie notice, we load the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook) that tells us which of our adverts brought you here and whether you submitted an enquiry. Meta may use this information in line with its own privacy policy.

If you click "No thanks", the Pixel never loads and no measurement cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will bring the cookie notice back.

How long we keep it
